Previous owners started renovations, and fizzled. This couple bought it with the vision of a lakeside cottage to host the family. With the scope of what was needed, and the remote location, we were asked to provide guidance and management in collaboration with the local contractors. Most of the existing structure was able to be salvaged while reimagining the entire floor plan, improving the roof structure, adding ceiling height, gaining bonus storage space with trusses, and more. A group effort brought the project home.
